Description and entry conditions of the picture uploading contest of the panoramfutas.hu website
 

1. General provisions

The organizer of the promotion is Proathlon Bt (1126 Budapest, Tartsay Vilmos u. 24 III em. 3.  hereinafter: "Organizer").
 

2. Structure of promotion

2.1. The essence of our game, which will be available from July 2018, is for the participants to upload their photos taken during the Panorama Run event via the panoramafutas.hu website, of which the Organizer  selects the photos on its own social media pages, and publish it on his website (panoramafatas.hu) and draw a prize among the   submitters.

2.2. The images submitted for the game can be used by the Organizer on its social and media platforms, flyers and any printed or online means it wants to use for promotional purposes.

2.3. The condition for participation is that the submitted photo was taken at one of the Panorama Run events.

2.4. The game can only be entered with self-made pictures. By tagging the image, the sender undertakes under his own responsibility that the image was taken by him and that he is the sole owner of it. The player can participate in the game who complies with the conditions of participation and the conditions necessary for submitting the picture.

2.5. A player can submit multiple photos, one at a time.

2.6. From the point of view of the Game, we will ignore photos that are not related to the Panorama Run and that contain any details that the Organizers consider should not appear on the pages they manage. The player assumes responsibility for the content of the photos, and the resulting legal consequences (including the consequences associated with the obligation to pay) are borne solely by the player. If a third party has a personal, copyright, or other exclusive right claim as a result of the taking or use of the photograph, the related responsibility rests exclusively with the player, and the Organizers are entitled to pass on the claims arising from such claims to the player.
 

3. Conditions of participation

Anyone who uploads their photo on panoramafutas.hu/kepfeltolto during the duration of the Game and accepts these Rules can participate in the promotional game (hereinafter: "Game").
 

4. Prize

Among the participants in the game, we will draw 3 2019 entries. The first entry will be given to the player drawn from all the submissions. The second entry will be given by the organizer to the creator of the image it considers to be the best. The third entry will go to the sender of the picture with the most likes on the social media site - among the pictures uploaded after pre-selection.
 

5. Exclusions

In relation to any questions or complaints regarding the game, we provide information at the e-mail address info@panoramafatas.hu. Participation in the game is voluntary and free of charge, and it is possible to withdraw from participation during the entire duration of the game by sending a message to the e-mail address info@panoramafatas.hu (please indicate in the Subject field: "Cancellation from the game"). Participation means automatic acceptance of these official rules.
 

6. Invalid entry

All image uploads that do not meet the participation conditions contained in these game rules and do not comply with the specified promotion mechanism and participation conditions are considered invalid in the promotion.
 

7. Duration of the game

The game runs from November 23 to December 15, 2018.
 

8. Selection process

The best pictures are selected by the Organizer.

10. Disclaimer

The Organizer excludes all kinds of claims for indemnification and compensation, as well as compensation for costs, damages and losses related to the promotion. The organizer assumes no responsibility for unauthorized content. The organizers are not responsible in any way for the behavior of the players in relation to the game. The Organizer is not responsible for problems resulting from technical errors. By entering, the players acknowledge and accept all the conditions contained in these game rules.
