Registration

The race is open to anyone whose health and fitness condition allows them to complete the chosen distance, and who accepts and follows these Rules & Regulations as well as the official race information.

By registering online, participants:

  • accept the rules and spirit of the event,

  • acknowledge the role and decisions of the organizers,

  • agree that the organizers may send race-related information to the provided email address.

Registration is available exclusively through the Panorámafutás website.
On-site registration is not available.

The organizers reserve the right to limit the number of participants or close registration before the announced deadline for safety reasons or due to the nature of the course.
 

Race Bib

Race bibs can be collected on race weekend upon presentation of a valid photo ID.

  • Each participant may collect only their own bib number.

  • Bib transfer or exchange is strictly prohibited.

  • The bib number must be worn visibly on the front of the body at all times.

  • Violation of these rules may result in time penalties or disqualification.

  • Access to the start/finish areas and aid stations is permitted only with a visible bib number.

  • For trail races, wearing the official wristband is also mandatory.
     

Mandatory Equipment & Disqualification

Mandatory equipment for trail races:

  • minimum 0.5 liter hydration capacity,

  • fully charged and operational mobile phone.

The following are prohibited:

  • participation with bicycles, roller skates, strollers, or dogs,

  • receiving outside assistance or support vehicles.

Leaving the marked course, violating the rules, or displaying unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disqualification.

Participants are required to move carefully and responsibly on the course.
The organizers cannot be held liable for accidents caused by uneven terrain or trail conditions.

The entry fee does not include insurance.

Participants also declare that:

  • they do not use prohibited substances (according to WADA regulations),

  • they agree to undergo doping control if requested.
     

Awards

Awards are presented according to the official race information (overall 1st–3rd places).

Prizes are handed out exclusively during the award ceremony.
No later collection or shipping is possible.
 

Bag Drop

The organizers do not take responsibility for items left in the bag drop area.

No secure valuables storage is provided.
 

Photography, Video & Media

The organizers reserve the right to use photographs and video footage taken during the event for promotional and communication purposes.

Participants are not entitled to compensation for such use.

Commercial or promotional activity at the event is only permitted with prior approval from the organizers.

Drone usage is allowed only with written permission from the organizers.
 

Green Race

We are committed to environmentally conscious race organization:

  • no plastic cups are used,

  • waste is collected selectively.

Littering on the course will result in disqualification.
 

Cancellation Policy

50% of the entry fee will be refunded if cancellation is submitted via email no later than 30 days before the event.

After this deadline:

  • no refunds are possible,

  • no-show participants are not eligible for refunds.
     

Registration Modification / Transfer

Up to 2 weeks before the event:

  • registrations may be transferred to another participant,

  • distances may be modified (subject to availability).

Administrative fee: 1500 HUF
 

Event Modification / Cancellation

In case of force majeure (extreme weather, pandemic, government restrictions, etc.):

  • more than 30 days before the event:
    50% refund or transfer to a future event,

  • within 30 days before the event:
    no refund,

  • on race day:
    the organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event.
     

Liability

Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

By registering, participants declare that:

  • they are in appropriate physical condition,

  • they accept all risks associated with participation.

The organizers cannot be held responsible for injuries, damages, or losses related to the event.
 

Data Protection (GDPR)

By completing and submitting the registration form, participants consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The collected data may include:

  • name,

  • year of birth / age category,

  • city of residence,

  • email address,

  • phone number,

  • club or team name (if provided).

Purpose of data processing:

  • managing registrations,

  • organizing and operating the event,

  • communication with participants,

  • sending race-related information emails,

  • creating and publishing start lists and result lists.

Participants acknowledge that:

  • their name, age category, club affiliation (if any), and race result may appear publicly in start lists and result lists,

  • photos and videos taken during the event may appear on public platforms (website, social media, etc.).

Personal data will only be stored for the period necessary for race organization and as required by applicable law.

Participants have the right to:

  • request information about their stored data,

  • request correction or deletion of their data,

  • object to data processing.

The organizers declare that personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for race operations (e.g. timing service providers).
